Welcome Note!
Hey, It’s Shabari!
In this era of Artificial intelligence, is blogging still a thing?
Well! It depends on the individual and the purpose. According to me, as long as the Google search bar exists, blogging should survive.
The web is loaded with tons of skincare tips. Then what is the need for yet another skin blog?
Let me explain!
First and foremost, this blog is not a place where you just find tips for a glowing skin.
And moreover, this blog is by a resident dermatologist rather than a commercial cosmetic firm.
There are certain skin diseases for which people don’t hesitate to seek a certified dermatologist. But on the other end, there are a variety of skin diseases, for which people don’t seek even a general physician’s opinion, for example, cracked heels, insect bites, minor wounds, skin tags, etc. This is where this blog stands out from other blogs!
Key points of the blog posts will be published in the Instagram and Facebook page.
Your continued use of the Site will be deemed an acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions existing at that time.
Ok now that’s out of the way, here are few posts which I made for you! Acne - Let your charm pop out!, Wart & Ringworm.

The main objective of the blog is to fill the gap between consultant Dermatologists and the common public, when it comes to common asymptomatic skin diseases for which the patient usually doesn’t seek a dermatologist.
Moreover, unlike other specialities, the treatment modalities in dermatology are not restricted to just tablets. Instead there is an exhaustive list: gels, ointments, creams, solutions, tablets, surgery, intralesional injections, botox, fillers, iontophoresis, PRP, PRF, radiosurgery, lasers, biologicals, etc. Each patient has his/her own treatment modalities in a customised way. So, proper communication about the treatment and its success rate is necessary before initiating the treatment for better results and avoiding unrealistic expectations.
The method of application of medicines, the duration of application, the side-effects which you must know before taking it will be addressed.Last but not least,
This blog is not meant for self-treatment and we always insist you seek a Certified dermatologist nearby in case of any skin disorders.
